Maria (Mary) Manente, a longtime resident of Mamaroneck, passed away October 28, 2012 at age 92. Born in Yugoslavia on October 4, 1920 to the late Francesco and Esther Milinich. Prior to WWII, Maria met her future husband Mario, and on April, 27 1947, they were married and settled after the war in Roccasecca, Italy. The family then came together in America in 1955. Survived by her cherished children Enzo, Luciana (Willie), and Marina (Bill) Manente, loving siblings Lodovico Milinich and Pina Martini. She is predeceased by her beloved husband Mario and sister Anita Milion. Visitation Friday 4-8pm at COXE & GRAZIANO FUNERAL HOME, 767 E. Boston Post Rd, Mamaroneck. 914-698-5968. Funeral Mass Saturday 10am, St. Vito’s Church, followed by interment at St. Mary’s Cemetery. Despite her health issues, Maria was always willing to put her family and friends first. She will be missed by all who knew her.
