Marian (nee Carpiniello) Calandruccio, a long time Harrison resident, passed away peacefully at age 97. She was born on January 10, 1915 in Mamaroneck to Vincenzina and Michael Yannuzzi (Yans) Marian was a member of the Harrison Senior Citizens’ and participated in many functions. She enjoyed cooking traveling and her family. She was employed for over 20 years as a cafeteria worker in the Harrison Schools. She is survived by sons, Dr. Victor Carpiniello of Philadelphia Pa. and Anthony Carpiniello of Dennisport, Mass., and a brother Michael Yans of Mallots Bay, Vermont. She is predeceased by her first husband Victor Carpiniello d. 1952 and her second husband Anthony Calandruccio d. 2004. She is also predeceased by siblings Edward Yans, Joseph Yans, Frank Yans, Molly Lanza and Jane Knowles. She is the cherished grandmother of Mrs. Karen Miller, Mrs. Kelly McGovern, Mrs. Jennifer Seriale, Mrs. Nina Spizer and Mrs. Mia Costa and was blessed with 12 great-grandchildren

Vincent J. Giuliano, passed away peacefully with his family at his side on January 8, 2013. He was 88. Vincent served in the Army during WWII and worked for many years as a custodian for the Mamaroneck Public Schools. He was a member of the Vittorio Emmanuel Society. Beloved husband of Antoinette Giuliano. In addition he is survived by loving children, Vincent (wife Susan), Christina Thorn (husband Robert) and Laura Acosta (friend Mike). A devoted “pop pop” to Ashley, Danisha, Chelsea, E.J., Bryan, Ariana and Bobby and great grandchildren, Alexis & Xaviar. Predeceased by his brother, Louis Giuliano.

Jean Mary Wagner, a lifelong Mamaroneck resident died January 8, 2013 at age 82. Jean worked at The Osborn until her retirement. Beloved wife of Philip. They were married in 1950. Loving mother of Philip (wife Maryann), Michael (wife Gail), Beverly and Paul, cherished grandmother to Michael, Larisa, Benjamin, Matthew and Sam. Jean had a close relationship with her grandson Jonathan and his fiance Michelle. Dear sister to Florence Bettencort. Jean also leaves five great grandchildren. Reposing on Friday from 5 to 9 at Coxe and Graziano Funeral Home 767 East Boston Post Rd. Robert Romanek of Mamaroneck passed away on January 16, 2013 at age 80. He was born on August 15, 1932 to the late Ann and Carol Romanek. He is survived by his loving wife Helen (nee Yager) and cherished children Cheryll Romanek Scarangella (Theresa Latham), Lauri Wheeler, Ann Chiappetta (Jerome) & Karla Purcell (Daniel). He is also survived by 9 adoring grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. He was predeceased by his brothers Henry, Ted, Walter & Carol.
Robert proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and was also a member of the American Legion. He was a Mamaroneck Auxiliary police officer for 40 years. As well as a heavy equipment operator for the I.U.O.E. 137 for over 40 years. Reposing on Friday from 2 to 4pm & 7 to 9pm at Coxe and Graziano Funeral Home 767 East Boston Post Rd. Harriet E. Lagani, 89, of Port Chester,NY passed away on January 18,2013. Harriet was born on December 31, 1923 to the late Harry and Elizabeth Rich. She graduated from Port Chester High School in 1941, and in 1948 went on to marry her loving husband Vincent . Harriet is survived by her devoted son William and sister Carolyn Pauls and her husband Ronald. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her two brothers Alexander and Peter Rich. Harriet was an extremely talented seamstress. She was also a wonderful and caring mother. Devoted father of Lorrie O’Connor (Robert) and Kimberly Denena (Vernon), cherished grandfather of Shawn, Timothy and Dakota, loving son to Mary Elizabeth and dear brother to John, Donald, Billy and Brian. He is predeceased by his father John Laverty. He is also survived by his lifelong companion Jean Pinto and her children who were his extended family.
